Logistics and Project Management

We define our “concept” of Logistics as the process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services and related information from their point of origin to point of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements. Victory Sky will source goods on behalf of our clients worldwide, purchase it from the suppliers, ensure that the correct quantities etc are supplied, move it from the suppliers warehouse to our own, manage stock control, package and label it accordingly if required, complete all relevant export documentation, arrange for inspections when necessary, dispatch the goods to destination, arrange the clearance from customs and arrange delivery to the consignee. The client is updated in writing as each process is completed.

Further we also handle Project management which allows our clients to focus on the core of their business and we take care of the rest
