As part of our service to you, a staff member will fly with your cargo to any destination in the world thus ensuring that we have total control over the goods you are dispatching at all times this gives us hands-on experience, exceptional knowledge of aircraft types and an unbeatable insight into the workings of the cargo industry.

We monitor every sector, including positioning flights and advice clients accordingly. We will advise you when your cargo has been loaded, when your aircraft has departed and when it has landed. After completion of the charter, our operations department will send you a post flight report confirming in writing, for your records, a precise summary of events including departure and arrival times, charter number, cargo, and aircraft type.
